Organizations
Organizations are the primary container for projects, API keys, webhooks, and billing in Rorix. Everything you do in Rorix belongs to an organization.
Organizations require the Pro plan or higher. Free accounts use a personal organization with limited features.
Personal Organizations
When you sign up, Rorix creates a personal organization for you automatically. This organization cannot be deleted and serves as your default workspace. On the Free plan, this is your only organization.
Creating an Organization
- Open the dashboard and click your organization name in the header
- Select New Organization
- Enter a name and confirm
Each organization gets its own projects, API keys, webhooks, and subscription.
Members
Organizations support three roles:
| Role | Permissions | |---|---| | Owner | Full control — manage billing, delete the org, manage members and all settings | | Admin | Manage members, projects, API keys, and webhooks | | Member | View projects, run scans, and view results |
Every organization must have at least one Owner.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings then Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address and select a role
- The invitee receives an email with a link to join
Pending invitations can be revoked from the same page.
Switching Organizations
Use the organization switcher in the dashboard header to move between organizations. Your current organization determines which projects, API keys, and settings you see.
Plan & Billing
Subscriptions are per-organization. Each organization has its own plan and billing cycle. To manage your subscription, go to Settings then Billing.
Upgrading an organization unlocks features for all members — individual members do not need separate subscriptions.
Org Portfolio
The organization portfolio view shows all projects across the organization in a single view, including:
- Security scorecard with overall grade
- Vulnerability trends over time
- Project-level summaries
- Compliance status
